Whether in person or online, I create a warm, safe and non-judgmental space for us to actively and intentionally work through your difficulties and achieve your therapy goals. You'll never feel like a "patient"; we'll combine my training with your expertise in you, to build on what is working, identify what isn't working and go at a pace that is right for you to make impactful, meaningful and sustainable changes. Each person's therapy journey is very unique but our work may include;

Uncovering and understanding how your past experiences may be influencing the way you relate to yourself and others

Process any past experiences that may be keeping you stuck in the present

Recognise patterns of unhelpful coping mechanisms and responses to your life's stressors

Make sense of your reactions to certain triggers by learning about how brains and nervous systems are primed and conditioned to respond to certain situations

Reconnecting to your inner sense of safety and security using somatic tools (this can be via breathwork and body movements)

Learning how to "catch" and stop your spiral of worrying and overthinking, self-critical, self-blaming and self-doubting thoughts

Cultivating a sense of inner trust, self-validation and self-compassion​

Stopping being so afraid of conflict and confrontations, practice expressing your wants and needs as well as setting boundaries (while still having the confidence you're not being selfish in doing so!)​

Introductory Call
A 15 minute call, at no cost to you, gives us both an opportunity to see if we think we could work well together and whether the approaches I draw upon are well suited to what you're hoping to get out of therapy.
Initial Consultation
In your initial appointment we’ll explore the challenges you’re currently facing and identify the therapy goals that matter to you most. We'll start to build a picture of how we can work together and what the path forward can look like.

Personal Investment: £80
1 : 1 Sessions
Should we decide to move forward together after your initial consultation, we can begin scheduling ongoing individual sessions. Individual sessions last up to 60 or 90 minutes.
